Whilst my problem was relatively small it was attended to with charm, grace enthusiasm and expertise by your Julia Kwok. Clearly the place has a "vibe" that would be the envy of any high flying CEO.

I wanted to let you know about some great service that I received from Duana from The Eyecare Company - George St.

 

I have had glasses for 10 years, and have always been to OPSM Hurstville and George Street. I had discussed I was going to be getting some new glasses and a colleague mentioned the great service of your company, and I decided to visit. I was sceptical that your company could match OPSM, due to their strong brand.

 

On entering your store, I was greeted by Duana, who was very professional and took the time to understand what I was after. When I had decided to use your company, I queried about having an eye test, and was amazed that Duana was able to conduct the test on the spot. I was also impressed that Duana was able to advise on frames, and also have an Optometry degree, she was a “One Stop Shop”.

 

Once the consultation had started, I was thoroughly impressed with the detail and the professionalism Duana showed. She listened to my previous optometry experiences, and advised on how to move forward. She was extremely receptive, and I was impressed with her knowledge of a possible glaucoma, and her “bed-side” manner. She offered to take a photograph of my eye, so that we could use this as a reference in the future. I was more than happy to pay the $45.00 fee, this is something OPSM do not offer.

 

I don’t normally send in letters of compliment, but was really moved this time to let you know. My role involves ensuring my Company delivers premium customer service to our customers, and I would like to utilise this experience as a case study. I will continue to be your customer, and let as many people know.
